Does CRIS still have loyalty points ?

I no longer see a place to find out how many you have since they changed the site around. I'm going to have to use them for second chance bases.

I just got off the phone with them. Its not discountined. The tech people forgot to put that in the new software package. They said it will be back on the site by wednesday.

Tonight was the first time I have logged on to BETCRIS since this new upgrade. On first look, I think it sucks.

Why does cris think they have to change there software twice a year. Just when I was starting to like the last version they change it up again.

I have been with them for about 5 years, and this is about the 7th time that they have changed.

CRIS sent me an e-mail stating they were discontinuing mine a couple of months ago. They allowed me to use up my balance but have stated that I am no longer eligible. It was good while it lasted. Bonus Plays, a pager, a couple of shirts and a hat. Still a great book all things considered.
