CRIS inquiry on LOYALTY PROGRAM

Bet Cris has changed it software . I do not see on the new site where we get are Bonus Plays.

This has been brought up allready.

Hopefully this will be cleared up today as to the status of the loyalty program.

I will check on it now with CRIS...........hang tight.

UPDATE

CRIS is still in the process of adding the LOYALTY PROGRAM to the new software.

I have been told that CRIS clients need not worry............the LOYALTY PROGRAM is still in existance and clients will retain all their current points.

I just got off the phone with them. Its not discountined. The tech people forgot to put that in the new software package. They said it will be back on the site by wednesday.

Tonight was the first time I have logged on to BETCRIS since this new upgrade. On first look, I think it sucks.

Why does cris think they have to change there software twice a year. Just when I was starting to like the last version they change it up again.

I have been with them for about 5 years, and this is about the 7th time that they have changed.
