Penny should NOT be a dog against a rookie, no matter if STL won the first three. The Dodgers are in lay-down mode but I expect their ace to get them out of this series with a win.

James 3-0 so far, he gives up the long ball (four in last two) but his only road start was a 2-hitter in 8 IP in Tampa.... another pitcher's park here. Peavy 1-3 vs. ATL. I took the small price.

Myers making his first start since beating the shit out of his wife. Will be interesting to see how it goes. He rejoined the team Friday. Cain is 5-1 with a 3.74 ERA in his last 10 games. He's held opponents to a .187 average in that time frame. This line is absurdly low. If Myers pitches well, I MIGHT pay to see it... that is, IF he doesn't get outdueled....

Sowers first road start but Twins lost Stewart (DL) and Hunter (quest) might both be out against the lefty. I like him better than most. Cleveland salvages the split.

Leaning to Possum over Fat Boy but it's later and I'll pass for now. Might add a total or two....
