Today is one of those gorgeous summer days here on Cape Cod that is perfect for having steamed clams - boiled lobster and all the other trimmings out by the pool.. Unfortuantely all that stuff screams out for a couple (or 3 or 4) ice cold beers....

I had no choice.. Hardest thing I ever did was quit drinking..Hopefully (A day at a time) will never drink again... Just had the urge today for some cold beer.. The urges come and go ..

Glorious day on the left coast also. I'm into drinking shandy, half ginger ale/half beer as a thirst quencher these days. Barbequed lamb and bottle of shiraz between two for supper. Mets score 11 in the 6th. Now if we only had lobster everything would be perfect!

Wil...congrats to you. My brother just celebrated seven years sober. I saw the shit he went through, both alcohol and drugs, and he damn near killed himself. As much as I tell him, he'll never know the amount of respect and admiration I have for him for beating it.
