I'll just add to this thread...

Amazing....

Two grand slams in the same inning and then Wright hits another HR in the same inning. That's 11 runs and counting now.

Fans are throwing trash on the field and I think they should continue so maybe they'll stop this game early.

Don't know why Dusty hasn't already. Doesn't matter who's injured or who you don't have. You still need to win.

I'd just love to see the Mets put up like 21 runs against this sorry Cubs team.

Nice to meet you too. This is pathetic. I had the Under and at least I know I didn't lose by a half a run or run. But now it's just hilarious.

They just said this is the biggest inning in Mets history. I mean little routine fly balls turn into HRs. I bet the Cubbies wish they had Derek Lee playing tonight.

Cannot blame Baker for that joke of a 2B Todd Walker...

That error led to 7 more runs...

Sick...

Hendry's inability to trade Walker this past offseason is one of the big problems with the Cubs...

He bobbled the ball Friday and led to the Mets winning...

Then tonight that joke of an error.

Thing is Walker thinks so highly of his defensive play it is comical...

What a scrub he is.

Blame Hendry for assembling these bumbling donkeys...Walker, Rusch, Perez, Murton, Novoa, etc...

Dusty wanted Walker and Perez for offense because they were starting the rookie shortstop. Walker was never known for defense.

Hate to disagree with a VH fan...

But all winter...

Jim Hendry had a "boner" for Furcal...was fixated on signing him...

They were going to sign Rafael and move Ronny to 2B...and were trading Walker anywhere...

Dusty does not like Walker, and wanted Hendry to trade him...

All spring there was a dispute over the platoon at 2B...Walker said Dusty promised him the job...Baker said he didn't...

Granted that Walker/Baker controversy erupted after Furcal spurned the Cubs for LA...because...

Hendry was never able to trade good old Todd while trying to sign Furcal...

But you can bet that Walker will not be a Cub after the trade deadline...

He is gone...

After listening to Chicago radio today, sounds like you can add Scott Eyre and Jacque Jones to the Dusty's Guys List". Eyre and Jones they signed with the Cubs because of the lack of rules.
