if you want high quality info for capping purposes at low cost, then OnCourt has been my own choice for the past 3 years.
They are based in Russia and though the software has the odd glitch with MDB tables, i've always found them very helpful and quick to sort out my problems.
they cover all current WTA and ATP players and you get a daily update for the day's results
