Not only that the Twins have moved into WC contention as have the ATLANTA BRAVES!

Boston looks dead right now...with Youkilis as their leadoff guy and Lowell one of their so called big bats their counting on to fill out that order, it sure looks like a very average lineup when these two slump....although I will be the first to admit both have been very good this season .

Meanwhile the Bombers are getting it done with no Shef and no Matsui and still right there about to take over first place.

It's a tough pill to swallow. I can't believe Boston has let NY hang around like this.

Cano,Pavano,Sturtze and Dotel.

It's been a season of ongoing injuries for this team, but they've shown some character thus far. :103631605

Good to see that the Twinkies making a move here since they have been playing some good ball.

You had to know that the Bronx Bombers would go on this sick run after they got their brains beaten in a while back on the 4th.

It amazes me that Youkils is still leading off. I would think Coco is a more appropriate 1st batter then KY.

Oh well welcome 2nd place Red Sox.

Youkilis OB 80 points higher than Crisp. Crisp warming up though, may regain leadoff spot soon. And Boston hasn't exactly "let NY hang around". Sox reeled off 12 straight not too long ago. Little slump here. No biggie. Beckett is the one guy who worries me. Schilling's got to get him to get his head out of his a$$. Great stuff, but been getting hit pretty hard lately. Sox not dead tonight either. F NY

Mirabelli HR could be the turning point of the season, no kidding. They've been sleepwalking for the past week and that was a big comeback win to remain in first.

Anyone playing KC , should play the first 5, this team invents ways to blow leads after the 7th....they've really been pretty decent last few weeks, the late innings get the every time it seems.
