RX bash info!

The poker tournament is on Friday correct? What time does it start?

Also, will there be any drawings at the bash this year? Can we make ONLY active posters eligible? I would hate for a local to win the drawings and they would never even come to site!

How about some golf on Saturday?

1) the poker tourney is on saturday at noon.

2) at least 50% of your posts are telling the r/x how to run a contest or event...STOP IT!!! its not your money...the r/x can run the thing however the hell they want to.

3) you want to play golf in 115 degree heat? my guess is that you will not find many takers.

A complete Bash itinerary will be posted when all is set and all contests have concluded.
Unofficial events such as "Mr. Fishhead's Wild Cab Ride", "Dante's Inferno at Club Paradise Part 2", and "Kermit's Invitational Wheelchair Race" will not be on the official itinerary.

Well anyway, DAMN, I really thought that there was something on Friday night. Seeing that poker in on Saturday at noon, then how about some golf on Friday afternoon then??

Unlike Blue, I actually get out of the house every now and then! If I can play in humid and hot Texas (100 degrees here), then I can play in Vegas. Of course I was thinking about a cart though

Unofficially speaking the intinerary will be very close to:

Friday August 18th. - no official events for posters but by tradition many Rxers. will meet at sportsbook and go from there.

There will be a moderators dinner hosted by Rx. management on Friday night..

Saturday August 20th:

Poker Tournament - Noon (or earlier if field is to large) till around 4PM PDT.

Blackjack hands - approx. 6PM until 7PM PDT.

Reception Dinner - 8PM until Midnight PDT..

Everyone will recieve an official intenerary upon checking in at Imperial Palace and we will natrually post it here for posters not staying at IP..

PO69 -- Yes there will be cash prizes raffled off at the reception dinner and yes it will be restricted to Rx. posters only...

Blue, you will need to definitely get to the poker tourney site (close to IP sportsbook) before Noon because we have to have everyone seated by Noon at the latest if we are going to finish by 4PM. I plan on starting to seat people around 11:15AM PDT..

Please be advised that the Sexywagers Blackjack contest is being sponsored and run by themselves and it is not an official Rx. event.
