I have been in touch with BetonSports management and have been informed that all financial and wagering transactions are suspended pending an appeal of the stay that has been filed. BetonSports attorneys have filed an appeal that will be heard within the next 48 hours and if it is upehld BetonSports will re-open as usual. Should the appeal be dismissed I am certain a second one will be filed.

Regarding pending wagers - all wagers will be graded accordingly before BetonSports reopens.

Regarding The BetonSports banner here at The Rx. - mangagement here will confer with Betonsports about the status of the banner and act accordingly.

I will update this thread with any new information ASAP..

Does it mean if the appeal doesn't succeed, BOS will remain closed? No withdrawal is going to be processed? Legal process is lengthy, what if it takes a year back and forth, remain closed?

Basically by shutting down, they are following the order of the court. If you are going to appeal a court order you have a hell of a lot better chance of winning your stay if you show the court respect and that you will follow their rulings.

I still think the main guy they are going after here is G - He never went back to the states and it was not because he did not want to but because he could not.

They had being after G for a long time now, now they found a way to get him, but I just dont know and if someone can explain me, wasnt NASA VOGROUP Betmill etc.. sold to some guys from UK, so why the USA still after the company??

and what is going to happen to datascension which is also a company they own

you really dont want them to settle nor fight a losing fight because that money will be going out of your pockets.

as i indicated us clients will be able to claim their money first because the us govt will protect your original deposit and the company will prove any losses or gains. they will deduct bonuses and winnings with bonuses to get out of paying

they need to do that to pay off the shareholder lawsuits and fines if they are to stay in business at all.

any people not in the usa better withdraw their money today because if it goes under you will be footing the bill and have no us govt claim on assets to back you up.

Most of the charges are from 5 years ago or so before there was any sale or stock buyouts or whatever. Not sure what will happen with datascencion - you can also add the IGOT people as well. G has his hands deep in that as well.

Not to nitpick but won't it be that BOS has filed a stay of proceedings that is being appealed by DOJ? Otherwise BOS has nothing to appeal since there is no judgement.

Perhaps you could clarify that wil, otherwise it gets very confusing.

I was just wondering for all the ticos guys working there, for the clients money, does the Costa Rica goverment has state something about this situation? Anyone know something?

And then if is true that G sold his company why USA still get with the company, instead of only go for him
