Is anyone worried because they had an account with BOS?

Is anyone worried because they had an account with BOS (not money related, but from a legal point of view)? In some cases even provided them with an ID, credit card info., etc.

I'm glad I never played with them.

I am not worried, but I do have money in their sportsbook. If I lose it, then I will chalk it up to a life-lesson learned! Not sure what I have learned yet though

I never played with BoS. Came close a few times but their website did not instill confidance in me.
The thing I would worry about is IF your a US player and paid/got paid through a BoS agent; assumming the charges of taking bets inside the US are true. I think that might be what they call...GAME SET MATCH!

Just hope you didn't sign up through neteller because i think the feds will be going after them next. I'm going to bring my neteller balance down to a minimum.
