1)Tough call. Nobody has been suspended for not being officaly found guilty sice Freguson Jenkins I think it was back in the 80's or 90's for dope before baseball had a drug policy.
I say that wouldn't be right to suspend him since he is not officaly found guilty of anything yet so let him play still until...
2) If Bonds is indicted for perjury and found guilty, would you still vote him into the hall of fame or no?
I would still vote him in anyway as he was a great player as a rookie and still is now, roids or no roids. I would like to see Pete Rose voted into the hall also.
