Lawrence Walters, Offshore Attorney was interviewed. Basically, he said the offshore community is on edge and this is the first time the U.S. Government has gone after an individual/company that was licensed to operate in another country. He said this is a very serious situation, and the CEO could face significant jail time and fines.
