That baltimore game yesterday had an umpire and an enormous strike zone, umpire info is really important and alot of people dont take it into account, loads of strikeouts in the os game, but here is the top five for overs from an article on covers

A decade ago, the strike zone was expanded on the lower end, moving from the top of the player’s knees to the bottom of the knees. But that hasn`t stopped the following five umpires from creating a lot of offensive opportunities with their stingy strike zones.
(5)
Gerry Davis- over/under: (13-5)
The St. Louis native has been a major league umpire for over 20 years and also owns an umpire supplies store and runs clinics during the offseason.
He is known for being generous on hitters and only calls strikes 62 percent of the time. His tight strike zone has teams combining for nearly 12 runs and eight walks a game when he has been behind the plate.
(4)
Larry Young - over/under: (14-5)
Young has umpired in the majors for over two decades and is a current member of the Playing Rules Committee. He created some controversy during a game between the [Giants on June 27, ejecting three Texas players, including All-Star Michael young He was thrown out in the fifth inning for slamming his bat after being called out on strikes.
The clubs played under the total in that contest and it marked the first time that any of those players had ever been ejected, which is nothing new to the umpire.
"It`s easy to eject somebody," he told the Dallas Morning News. "It`s harder to keep them in the game. It`s an art form to turn them around and get them off the subject and back to playing. But sometimes things happen too fast and there is no way to warn them."
Teams are combining for nearly 11 runs and six walks a game when he is in charge.
(3)
Sam Holbrook - over/under: (12-4)
The Kentucky native has been a MLB umpire for nearly six seasons and seems to be tough on pitchers. Only 62 percent of his calls are strikes.
Clubs are combining for an average of 12 strikeouts and eight walks during his time as the home plate umpire this year.
(2)
Paul Emmel- over/under: (13-4)
Pitchers have learned they need to work hard when Paul Emmel is making the calls behind the plate. Teams are combining for an average of 300 pitches while he is working the strike zone and only 61 percent of those calls have gone in favor of the hurler.
Starters have had the most trouble finding the zone and are averaging more than seven runs combined, while bullpens have given up an average of three runs in that span. On average teams are combining for 11 runs and eight walks during his games.
(1)

Chris Guccione- over/under: (11-3)
Guccione has been picky with the strike zone in his 14 appearances behind the plate. Teams are averaging a combined seven walks and more than 11 runs a game and most of the runs are being scored during the first six innings of those contests.
