Don't know record or any of that nonsense, had meetings all day today and was caught up in time to look at tomorrow's baseball before heading home for tomorrow's "day off"...

Intriguing pitching matchups, which isn't surprising considering the aces and No. 2s are going for the second time since the break.

Passing Mets/Reds. Arroyo beat the Mets at Shea earlier this year and was having great success against a team the second time around. But he pitched pretty well last start, and his 'M-O' for about two months is one good start followed by 1-2 mediocre ones. Glav lost for the first time since April last time so I don't know how he'll react so I gotta pass.

Will not pass in Chicago. I really screwed up not betting Pettitte in Florida, as I correctly forecast his second-half turnaround. It's officially in effect now after two good starts in a row. After the break last season, he was 11-2 with a 1.69 ERA in 16 starts. He blanked FLA through seven scoreless innings on five hits and a season-high 10 strikeouts. Zambrano has won six straight but the Cubs have no right to be this kind of favorite against Pettitte with these numbers he puts up in the second half.

The play: Houston plus 123 - 1000 to win 1230

Leaning to Ho Chan Park and the Fathers tomorrow in Frisco but not sure who's playin and who ain't and Lowry is the hardest pitcher in baseball for me to get a good power rating on. Every time I give him a little more respect, he gets shelled, every time I make his rating lower, he scatters six hits in 8 innings. Pass.

The Cuban coming off his first loss since The Beatles; should be fine as he's old enough to not be rattled by such nonsense. I lost with him last time, I'll lose again if he can't beat the struggling Gambler. Cuban is 2-0 with a 1.80 ERA vs. DET this season and 1-0 with a 1.13 at Comerica, and is 7-2 vs. DET lifetime. This price is entirely too cheap and this is a pounder for me.

The play: ChiSox -105 - 525 to win 500 (dam overnight limits)

ChiSox -106 - 1500 to win 1590

Not interested in betting the others. Screw Roy for his turd effort last week against Ms but he can step up and easily beat Moose but I'll pass. Total looks too high but i hate seeing these games at SkyDome fly like this.

Santana many good effort in a row, Anaheim looks a tad cheap but I'm not interested.

Schill was great last time in the OAK game and at Fenway, he should be a big fave but I like Rheinecker and this price looks awfully high.

So just those two.... GL all...

Any thoughts on Fla and Johnson tomorrow CKR?
Detroit under looks possible, I will wait for the lineups as it might be a Pudge rest day.
