Newbie...I certainly believe the Twins will win by 2 or more runs but make it a point not to play the run line in baseball. Most people tend to shy away from paying such a high price (-310 for example) but it's all about the risk/reward relationship. Given the Twins are at home, they could (and should) have one less AB opportunity than the D'Rays...I just don't like to lay 1.5 runs with a team that won't be batting in the bottom of the 9th inning (assuming they're leading the game). It's a mathematical arguement but my experience (gambling professionally for 12 years) has led me to lay the higher price straight up as opposed to laying the 1.5 or 2 runs at a lower price...
With all that being said...The Twins should roll today!
