5 year old thread bumbed: Dark Clouds follow C.C. Sabathia

Whenever I am flipping through channels and Sabathia is pitching, something CRAZY always happens for this guy on the mound.....

Tonight I am flipping through...and he's pitching...
He walks the first batter
next guy he has 0-2 count on.....he hits him....
next guy gets a seeing eye single....

bases loaded no outs
next guy hits a grounder right to Boone at third....boots the ball and doesn't get the out

next guy hits the ball right to the right fielder....he gets the out, throws a strike to home plate...the runner was TOAST and Martinez drops the ball....

This guy must have done something bad as a kid...Karma is bitch slapping him everytime I see him pitching

Rays win 6-5 after some ugly base hits and walks!!!!

I have seen the same sort of things from C.C. he seems to give up more than his fair share of broken bat /scratch/bloopers...always something odd...Or he will pitch his heart out and lose 1-0...He is a hard luck pitcher for sure.

Good Luck tonight CC as he goes for win 213 on the career

Much of the early season mess happened at home, where Sabathia is 2/3 with a 6.13 ERA. However, he's gone 1-0 with a 2.08 ERA and 16 strikeouts in 17 1/3 innings of his last three outings in the Bronx, with the Yankees winning all of them.
