Yes, you finally did it!!! and I hope you are satisfied!!!

You have won the mind game vs A-rod. I am a long distance Yankee fan and have been for many years.I know you have a right to Boo players if you wish when you attend the games. A-rod has proven to be one of the better players and I know he is the highest paid player in baseball but he is still human. Yes he is a multi-millionare but the yankees have more than one multi-millionare on the team. He was the MVP last year and is the youngest player to hit 450 home runs.

Now, you so-called yankee fans have not only accomplished your goal against A-rod but have hurt the team in doing so. The job you have done against him now has affected him on the road. Yesterday ... He struck out 4 times!!!

Some say that this is part of the game and this is Not the reason for his poor play. I DISAGREE!!! I believe this is the main reason for his play although his batting stats is really not that bad. It is the fact that at crucial times in a game he has failed to deliver most of the time.

I am not talking to the majority of yankee fans but to a miniority of so-called yankee fans who do not care if there actions hurts the team or not.

I hope A-rod comes thru this and finishes the year strong!

he's completely stressed out. the look on his face is like a deer in the headlights right now. can't hit, field or throw.he needs a trip to the shrink, imo.

other guys in yankee history were booed (mantle, dimaggio, jackson) and they somehow managed. a-rod has no heart. he's better with a last place team imo.

as soon as he leaves seattle, the team wins the pennant. not a coincidence, imo.

For the money he is making, fans should be able to sodomize him if they want.

He needs to grow a sack and play baseball like a player that is earning what he is.

tony1, I don't there are many yankees fans on this site either avid or "so-called." You might want to post this where people don't wager on and against teams including teams their mother pitches for.....

By the way guys, fade Momma today as she had a lot of family over yesterday and cooked up quite a feast....she is not feeling so hot.... Ride along with me on the OTHER SIDE!!! You got the inside scoop here first.

tony1, most of the posters here are fans of sports but not diehard one-team guys. Some are. tulsa

PS...don't mention my play to Momma....please

first of all doc hit it right on the head... secondly, texas was horrible and the year after he left i believe they were in it the whole way but came up short.... ive been a die-hard yankee fan all my life and i said when he came to ny that it was death... u guys can jerk your meat on stats and being the youngest to 450, however, all i have to say is ive watched arod way too many times when there is a guy on third with less than two out k or pop up... face facts arod cant deliver the good when its on the line... u guys can have this stiff, because the only time hes successful is when its regular season vs. kansas city, never in october when it counts.... id take jeter over arod (in real baseball not fantasy baseball) one hundred times out of one hundred times.... so good luck being a long distance fan hopefully thats wherever u are is where arod will be next year.... anywhere but new york...

And so it goes......
