Is there a book big enough to bail out some BoS players?

They have thousands and thousands for sure. I know not everyone knows about these forums. But do you think there is a book big enough(CRIS?) or willing to take on the balances of stiffed players that is sure to reach the Millions?

Maybe but is it worth the millions it would cost to aquire these customers?In light of all the shit happening would any book want that type of exposure?

True with the possible loss of the US customer base. I feel bad for all those that are 40 and rich now and used to bet and then saw BOS in Maxim and got back in big.

I am not defending this books character or the people who run it and a stiff is certainly possible. I would think that the last thing the govenment would want to do after this latest crusade is let BOS walk away without paying their customers.

I have never being a BOS family fan, but, Im going to defend them here, noone is getting stiffed right now, they will put up the site next week, just wait for the new things coming up with them.

You are going to get stiffed if after they put up the sites everybody starts asking for withdrawals without give them anay change to continue working.

And there are many books around here that might help the customers when they are in trouble.

And for what I know they take care really good care of their database and if someone try to get it they just :shoot3: that person, like one story that i've heard.

Are you kidding?

If BOS stiffs, that would be all the US government could ask for in their crusade to end offshore wagering. It would show just how easy it is for these offshore books to play by their own rules and pay when and who they want. It would do nothing but help the US governments push to ban it.

As far as BOS goes, you really think they are worried about the "exposure" if they stiff??? Why? They are likely finished any way you look at it. You know the big money investors will get their money before the players. There will be legal expenses...hell, the DOJ is seeking $4.5 billion. I think it is reasonable to assume all player balances will not be available...and it is also safe to assume BOS is not worried about what their reputation would be if they stiff.

I am not saying they will...but I believe your rationale is flawed in a major way.

Huh Clip? where did I say that? I said a book that took over the stiffed players may not want the exposure.

Just exactly how is the US Govt. going to be able to force them to pay up ? What will happen to our futures wagers ? Lots of questions !

All the supporters think they wil get paid. But I'm sure they wouldn't be buying players accounts if given the shot. GOOD CHANCE OF A STIFF JOB IMO as NO ONE WILL PLAY THERE IN THE FUTURE EVEN IF THEY COME BACK AFTER THIS FIASCO. At least therx and others can work some deals with advertising relationships and what not for the plAYERS, but I think many books are going to scale back and wait and see.
