But I nearly put up a thread right before gametime. Something I though a little strange occured at Pinnacle tonight. As most of you know, the Phils were getting pounded the last half hour before gametime, line closed out around -173.

Well, right up until first pitch they had all the lines up there, RL's, 1st 5 innings, team totals, etc.....EXCEPT they took the ARL off the board at least 5 minutes before the game went off AND all the rest of the lines.

The ARL had to be up around +250 or better, believe me, I went to hit it, and it wasn't there. Henry @ Pinnacle is one of the sharpest linesmen around......makes ya go hmmmmmm.

The ARL goes off right when the time is listed for. Be it that the game was on tv they could keep the other listings up for longer.

Happens all the time....

that's what I'm saying FE, they are all up until listed start time, and ALL of them were up until later than that, EXCEPT the ARL!! It was taken off BEFORE the listed start time, yet all the others, ML, RL, 5 innings, totals, etc, were all up at least 5 mins. AFTER the ARL was taken off.

Its sorta like 1rst quarter NFL bets are off the board at least 5 minutes before the game starts. Had nothing to do with pinny sharps.

I got you now. And if you are wondering what the price of the ARL was I got it at +245 10 minutes before it went off. So your +250 guess was pretty close.

Not in my experience D. I look at line movements, especially late line movement, and I've placed ARL bets with pinny right up until listed start time. This was the first time that I've seen them take an ARL off the board while having all the rest of the lines up. Now I've seen them do that with 5 inning bets, but never with ARL's, it makes no sense. If you're going to take an ARL off the board early, then you would also take the RL's off the board early as well.

Was part of a system bet of playing both teams -1.5

Was a very nice hit on that aspect but some of the winnings paid for the other loss.

I should have waited because I took the ARL early sunday morning at +190. Should have waited but congrats to everyone who got it at +245.
