Phile Steele & Northcoast Sports.....

were the reason I started playing at Millenium Sports. Steele to me semed to run a straight forward operation. However, after all this crap with BoS, I am not so sure.......anyone have any info on why Northcoast pushed Millenium so hard? and on Phil Steele?

Call his comp tapes. There is absolutely no mention of the Millennium shut down. He is still recommending them.

i too back in 98 was influenced from northcoast sports. the reason millenium sports was advertised in his college mag was he personally sought a sports book to satisfy his customers who cant travel to vegas every week to place bets. but he also warned of crooked operations. but if you noticed their isnt a single ad of millenium in this years college sportsbook. ive never had a problem with millenium wagering or getting paid in 7 yrs of business and believe i have ALOT invested and hope to fucking god we are not screwed

Lots of football guides have BOS stuff in them. I have one from a few years back (I think it might have been Athlon) that had top 10 lists in it for all sorts of books.

Almost every single listing they had was loaded with BOS books.

The funniest part was they gave out an award for best lines and all the BOS books were at the top with Pinnacle at like 7th.

It's marketing. Phil's is still the best college guide on the market either way.

Millenium was not a part of BOS back then. Only about the past 8-12 months.

I found Millenium to be a great book.

After hearing of the $500,000 BOS stiff job years ago, I never played there...
