I take it Hirschbeck is behind the plate on mystery day(umpire unknown to public until too late as 1st game of series) in White Sox game. That would account for plummet in total number today with same pitchers and all regulars still playing. Or is their a gale blowing in? Hirschbeck is worth about a 25 mph from center.
