you know the morons who run boiler room operations on sat and sun during football and basketball that give out their "cant lose selections". you telling me the US is trying to stop offshore gambling yet these morons are advertising through television spots and newspapers ,magazines etc..
what does the gov't think people are doing when they pay for these selections? the ones they should be going after are US television ad execs who are getting money for internet gambling sites...i mean if the US is serious about cracking down. we always worry about everything outside our borders instead of whats happening inside. pro poker players are always endorsing .com sites on tv. this is a bigger situation than just bos sports.

A lot of what you are saying just reinforces the point that they are after specific people (Kaplan). If they wanted to crack down on the industry, there were plenty of other options to go along with the arrest of just the BOS group.

Talk about protecting the youth though. Those scammers do more harm to teens/college kids than the sportsbooks. A friend of mine in while I was in college dropped $30K in two weeks half of that went to those fools.....yet these clowns continue to saty in business while the gov attacks off shore books.

I don't think that it is going to affect the "sports capping" end of the business but it is going to affect the fact that they are promoting offshore sportsbooks.

I also see that Brooke Burke isn't a sportsperson for sportsbook.com anymore. I wonder if she got worried about the DOJ hammering her for promoting the site. Or Rockstar Supernova might be tying up here schedule too much.
