Fed up with college football games running close to four hours? So is the NCAA. That’s why it has instituted several rule changes designed to speed things. The changes influence both kickoffs and when the clock begins. Since this has an impact on scoring, the over/under totals could also be affected.

very interesting....I don't like time being trimmed off the clock though...Especially the NFL version of starting the game clock as soon as the ball is placed after a player runs out of bounds...atleast in college the play clock is shorter...

So we're basically going to lose 1/12th of the game...I'm sure some fans won't even realize this when they pound those overs.

I do like the tee being lowered, too many touchbacks in college by far!

And like the article mentioned-
""kick return players are Ohio State (Ted Ginn Jr.), Oregon (Jonathan Stewart), Arkansas (Felix Jones), Indiana (Lance Bennett), Utah State (Tony Pennyman) and North Carolina State (Darrell Blackman)."" this has to be a plus! And would actually make scoring and field position better so it may not be as bad as it seems...pretty tricky!
