So what does that mean, high levels of test......before anyone jumps the gun they should wait and see what comes of it. U would have to be plain retarded to go out and use dope if you are an American in the Tour De France after all the crap slinging with Armstrong. The sad part is even if it comes to nothing American cyclists will be trashed again.

Dude they're all on steroids he just got caught, you will not win the tour de france, olympics any track and field and a lot of other stuff if you dont use steroids.
