Cain & Hernandez must start
Good spot for san fran to pick up a much needed win. Plain and simple...the nats are over achieving. Livan is not the same pitcher from a few years ago. Don't let his numbers fool you...He's gotten out of some real jams his last few starts...his luck is about to take a turn. Livan in 10-11 on the year w/ a 5.80 era. Not bad... his last three starts...3-0....but an era of 8.56. Cain is 9-9 on the season w/ a 4.67 era. in his last 3 starts he is 2-1, with a 2.89 era......(wow)
havn't looked at the starting line ups...some of the giant starters may be sitting today...I still luv the play. The nats have put together a solid nucleus of players...with the likes of soriono and zimmerman....too bad their on the trading block. The nats can definitely put up some solid ##'s, but their bulpen is suspect and their luck is about to run out. The nationals have great "personal" motivation...but no "team" motivation.
