I am so convinced that this a legitimate, straight, group I will personally guarantee anyone's deposit who is a regular poster on The Rx (meaning more posts then me!), up to a maximum of $10,000 per poster!!

Looks like no weekly email requirement for the RX's BOS insurance.

Kudos to the Rx for keeping their insurance plan so simple and streamlined!!!

I hope you're being sarcastic, and are not simply blind.

Wilheim's vague posts regarding this make it clear - the RX is going to end up calling this "not a legitimate stiff", and no one will see a cent from the RX's insurance.

If you doubt this, post and ask the RX's owner to make a post here stating what you just did - "no one here has to worry because the RX is personally going to pay all balances up to $10,000 as they had guaranteed."

This post will never be made, because the RX is not going to pay.
This should be painfully obvious.

Weeks have gone by, and if their intentions were to pay they would long ago have posted just what you posted.

Naive is an understatement for describing your post.

The RX insurance was to cover up to $10,000.

Is this insurance only for BOS or does it include their other companies as well?

It aint gonna happen folks.

No matter how good theRX's intentions, they never intended the guarantee for if the U.S. government raided operations.

My feeling is this should void the guarantee. Some agree with me. Some do not.

In any case, does anyone here have an idea of the balance held by RX posters at all the BOS related books. I suspect in the millions... Bad publicity is worth some dollar amounts.

Additionally, if BOS folds shop, theRX would have absolutely no way of verifying anyone's balance...

Hate to say it cause I love the RX but this is what you get for taking advertising dollars form a book labeled by theRX as "No Pay" immediately prior to them having a banner here.

Sean1, maybe you need to re-read what Marty typed above. I don't care if their office was raided by fucking Peter Pan.

Marty made the offer knowing their shady past, WTF does a government raid have to do with it?? This is not some freak incident. Apparently this operation has been under investigation for sometime.

I will state this again. When BoS started stiffing people a few months back, I became concerned for my funds. I personally emailed Marty, and I still have the email where he states "your funds are 100% safe"

Why we(the players) can't force the RX to do anything, but the right thing would be to honor the offer if it comes down to it.

Many(including myself) would have steered clear of the operation had it not been for the guarantee.

With each passing day BoS remains closed, my hopes for a BoS come back deminish.

I doubt it would be higher than a couple hundred grand total. You have to have more than 71 posts to qualify according to the site owner.

If someone deposited with BOS by clicking the link above and THERX is in the "How did you hear about us" field on your account than you should be insured no matter what happens with BOS. You put money in the book and you can't get your money out. Thats a STIFF if I ever saw one and the insurance should be given only when we find out the outcome of this ordeal which I hope is a positive one......... :103631605
