O/T : What do you single guys figure you spend a week on food ?

Do you even care how much ?

Do you monitor it and try and budget a little ?

I get by pretty cheap at about $ 85 a week for myself and a 10 year old.

We dont eat out much.. An occasional pizza delivered is about it..

Derby Lane specials are 5.95/day x 7 days......usually eat just one meal.....gets me to roughly 42 dollars a week on food.....

ALL-TIME favorite health food store.

Personally spend a lot more than that..........from going to semi-fancy restaurants, to buying organic foods, to spending $5.95 a day on DERBY LANE food specials.

I spend about $70 -$90 a week on myself unless I am on a cocaine binge and then its much less...but then i spend way more on coke...what to do

i will buy whole subs from publix for 5.69 and eat 1/2 for lunch and 1/2 for dinner...

WMO.....you will not believe the amount of food they give you for $5.95.....I am talking major dinners......chopped steak, with potatoes and veggies....big portion size......roasted chicken dinner with two sides......and the list goes on......depends on the daily specials really.....

The food on the 4th floor DERBY LANE sportsbook bar rocks!!

GREAT FOOD and GREAT PRICES there too........although not as cheap as the specials mentioned earlier.

Freaking $6 buckets too!

I figure I spend about...well...
$5 for a box of Nutri-Grain bars gets me breakfast for the week.
$6 a day for lunch at the work cafeteria, and out on weekends.
About $100 a week for dinner food, and that covers me and the GF, so $50.

That puts me at $97 a week, give or take.

Liquor costs per week= $23 x 5 = $115

Medications = $5 x 30 = $150

Grand Total = $325 on average

Is it just me, or does anyone else just flat out eat when they are drinking??? I dont know what it is, Im good for the first few beers, after that, im looking for something to eat.

I might have like a little beef jerky or some cashews, but for the most part, yes I do not eat at all those 3 days. I am at the pool hall/bar those nights and choose to drink. Kind of crazy as my weight fluctuates like 8 pounds depending on the day
