I'm wondering how a rookie pitcher could be Cy Young and a different rookie pitcher be Rookie of the Year? Can one pitcher not get both?

If you recall the ChiSox went through a similar nosedive last year. They had a 15½ game lead over Clev that shrunk to a ½ game. They rebounded nicely don't you think? They still should be considered the wild card fav.

Jenks is 26/27 in save opps. Can Papelbon say that? Jenks gave up a few runs in a 1-1 game the other day, causing his ERA to go up.

with 17 runs and 18 walks in 45 innings, he must be coming in for those tough to get saves with a 3 run lead...
