Is Ozzie Guillen losing it? Everything?
Such as all the cheer and fan love and team respect and innocent charm and naive/ crafty genius that made him the 2005 Chicago baseball savior and, without question, the Most Fun Guy in the Entire World of Sports? Is he losing, above all, the ability to make his team win?

His act was cute when they were winning. Now, not so hot. His newest target is Andy Van Slyke, the first base coach for theTigers.

He does call them out in the press a lot. That will only go so far. We'll see when it happens to Garcis (related through marriage).

I hate the Sox so I get some sort of enjoyment when things go bad for them. I think Ozzie is a great coach but he has a big mouth. I wouldn't be surprised if he is not the coach as soon as next year.

Tiger hats are seen everywhere on the north side of Chicago. Cub fans are gearing up for that fateful day for the Sox. :dancefool

Done for good . I'm suprised that Kenny Williams has put up with his shit this long, riding the wave I guess. Not the best decision to berate your best pitchure (and their pitching sucks right now) in the dugout. If he wasn't a miority woudn't he have been canned weeks ago?

Funny thing is , Ozzie never seemed to be a nutcase as a player, atleast I don't recall so if he did...he seemed like happy go lucky player .

Good point JMAN. I kinda liked Ozzie the player, I have no idea why he is such a tool now. The guy seems to go way out of his way to make an ass out of himself nowdays. Who knows maybe he was on the juice and it finally fvcked with his head

it's the ups and downs of baseball. it's a long season; still more than 2 months to go til the playoffs. everyone can't be on top. chisox not looking right now. remember last yr they almost blew a huge lead in sep and had to win the final series vs the tribe, then roll thru the playoffs and wseries.

I'm sorry but if my team had gone forever without winning a title, I wouldn't fire the manager who finally got me to the promised land for having a nearly .600 season no matter how big a lead they blew. But that is just me, sports is all about what have you done for me in the last 5 minutes.
