useless books that may be "solid" but offer no advantage with unique lines, reduced vig, promo days, or overnights. Lot of books that you will get paid at but seldom have the best number at the best price

Late lines, no ability to parlay props and other wagers from different games, No quarter's for football, slow 2nd half lines...JMO

absurdly low limits.

Clone lines.
Short limits.
Bad customer service.
Poor speaking clerks (english)

Thats just a few as the list could go on an on.

If they never have the best number, no specials/bonuses, low limits
(Bet3.65...), a shit rating at SBR (BOS!)...

I dont care if CS is slow, i rarely have to contact a good book. Also dont care about phone at all.
