<HR style="COLOR: #d1d1e1" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->Take it with a grain of salt. But I found this someplace else, and it was interesting what he said about BOS.

Although I have no good news I would like to write following.

First place I completly agree with you but there is nothing that I can do, I am just a simple employee and nothing more then that. The only thing I can do is update you on what's going on here. Ofcourse we are not told the complete story, as workers we just get some info and I can tell you what is going on here when i look around. Again I agree with you and don't understand the fact that they tied up the money, I can only guess the reason.

Today we were told that the CEO's and laywers that were all here in Costa Rica are leaving the country soon. They will be split up in groups. One group will travel to the states to talk with the prosecuter. Another group will go to London and talk with autorities down there. Another group will discuss things with BOS asia.

They are thinking about making the webside something like betonsports uk. That means that the server will be located in England.

As I look around me here I see that we will move to another part of the building, all companies by BOS will be one. At the moment they are hiring and training people for the high season. That does not look like a company that's going to close.

I just checked on yahoo.com, finance and typed betonsports and there is some news for you guys aswell.

To end this i just want you to know that the minimum they pay is $5 an hour for rookies in the lowest position and from there you go up every year so $3 is BS. Oh and we don't get free lunch

The company pays social security for all it's workers and pays local taxes.

For us as workers it's really hard, we been yelled at the whole day long by clients but we still do our job the best we can with the information we receive. We are not allowed to transfer calls to supervisers or management, if we do we will be fired. believe me these are hard times and just let all hope for the best.

Its hard to feel to sorry for a company that has almost $6000 of mine but I bet it does sux to be in customer service and have to deal with angry people alll day.I am civil because I know it is probably not the guy I am talking to on the phones fault. Can you imagine working 8 hours a day and all you do is talk to angry people who want their money and you have nothing but excuses that you have been told to give. Its probably not fun.I guess I have been calling every other day and when they answer "how can I help you?" I want to scream "you KNOW how you can help me" "I WANT to know when I can get my $$$" thats the same reason Everybody is calling you.But yet I am pretty calm because yelling wont get me paid any faster.I Imagine there some ANGRY people that are not so Calm. That job has to sux.

Not Erick from Millennium

Just for the records, the Erik who wrote that it's not the former Wagering Director at Millennium.
He left that company 4 months ago and he doesn't want anybody to get confused.

I feel for any customer service. They are in the line of fire and have to take the blame and responsibility for the company's screw ups, which is why I am always civil with them, whether on the phone, email or through Live Chat. But they chose to work for that company and choose to remain there. So they have nothing to complain about.

You can sometimes tell which gambling operation has less complaints; their CS staff is more polite and more tolerant. You can sometimes tell which gambling operation has more complaints; their CS staff is on the edge of a nervous breakdown.

Well this news is atleast something that sounds somewhat optmistic, all i get from the CS reps when I call is the same story that there waiting on the appeal and my money is safe and will be returned either way. I'm sure no decisons will be made untill monday after the hearing, so guess we wait and pray.
