as someone recently posted in another thread. is it even feasible and what would the doj think of another book doing that? wouldnt they then go after them? how about the board of directors...can they even approve something like that? how would that affect the suspended stocks? and more importantly would a book even consider it? i hate starting threads with the bos shit but i hope everyone understands how distressed we are...would like to hear comments on matter ty

The question is, why in the world would any book want to buy BoS at this moment in time? I mean, most offshores are worried enough the way it is. Why would someone say to the DOJ, "hey, now come and get me".
What is the most valuable thing BoS has that other books would like to have? Their customer base? 90+% american? So now YOU'RE going to start soliciting the BoS customer base? Not to mention draw attention to yourself in the process....just a little, don't ya think?

Every one of your 150 or so posts relate to BOS. I feel your pain but you need to relax a little. This will work its self out and you'll be fine. I know it a difficult time, but you need to keep your head about you. The only way this goes south is if the insiders have already raided the coffers.
