yankees on sunday?

A humiliating loss today, Johnson looked physically like a beaten man who should have gone out on top and retired before he begins this miserable decline.He was looking bad in the warm ups and his back looked to have really bothered him.Chacon was well,Chacon.Steinbrenner has a place in florida and a personal feud with tampa bays owner , and tampa bay for some reason has the yanks number year after year.
Throw in a another game down to the red sox and off all things a possible wild card race for the yanks and I am wondering how steinbrenner and his checkbook and the yankees job security situation plays in tomorrows game. I just wonder what this number with mussina comes in at, but I am feeling a yankee honor salvaging game and a blowout tomorrow.who knows, I am taking the run line and mussina.

Thanks Ibethuge,I am taking the runline so its not alot of chalk. I have seen shields pitch against boston and he got shelled, he did have a good outing against the angels last game but he really has been shelled against any team of note. Mussina and Wang are the only guys I wage with on the Yankees, why Steinbrenner didnt pick up someone beside Ponson is besides me.Mussina is the real deal ,though, and I think todays ass whipping wakes this team up and they dont end up in a wild card race. Toronto is a damn good team this year

I think the Yankees will respond to a whooping. Their ace is going tomorrow and yes Shields is not all that great. I wouldn't lay the chalk but RL the play.

i'll be there today. prolly will be a 1-0 game or something like that. i've seen this over and over again. a team wins by 13 runs one day and can't score more than 3 the next. i've got great seats, field level behind home plate. going with the whole family. let's see a cy young performance by mussina! :103631605
