Who is Running ESPN into the ground?

Look at the stuff that has been on ESPN lately? Rock,Paper,Scissors-
Women's softball,Spelling Bees,Bowling, Darts, The Contender, among
other things...

What is going on with this channel? Is it being run by idiots?

May I have your thoughts?

reminds me of when mtv went down the drain. the other day espn had juggling on.very disturbing

I'm not defending ESPN, but there is sh*t on any network recently. Even the non-sports networks suck. Take today for example--no NASCAR, no good golf. A lot has to do with the time of year.

what else are they going to put on? this is the slowest sports and TV time of the year.
There's a reason you see reruns on the networks and crap on TV.

Just hold out a week till the Hall of Fame game.....

Does anyone feel like jumping thru the TV and smacking Tino Martinez, in order to get him to show ANY personality.

He just sits there with hands folded nicely, as if he's in Catholic School & saying each play is dandy. He has yet to say a complete sentence w/out stumbling, as well. Luv'ed the guy as a player, but I can't take much more as an 'analyst.'

Funny you say that, he spent the spring as a volunteer assistant for his son's team at Tampa Catholic. I also heard he took an assistant coach's gig with the University of Tampa, so he might be off the air soon.

I agree how did this guy get the job? Scottie Pippen and him
are the worst analysts I have ever seen. Have you seen Pippen?
He can't even talk? But your right I was thinking the same thing
with Tino. T.V is not his thing.

Their GM is stingy. Always has been. He does'nt go out of his way to retain a lot of their talent.

I rememer life before Espn. Thanks when life really sucked. One fing mlb game of week on Saturaday. Last year I must have seen 80% of Iowa games in cfb, so espn will always get a passing grade with me. No one covers all sports better.
