The court's website is here: http://www.moed.uscourts.gov/

They don't publish a schedule, so nobody knows except the lawyers called. If it follows UK Court procedure, there won't be a set time, just a schedule a bit like an "Order of play" in tennis..

No TV Coverage is planned as far as I am aware, and it's doubtful it will ever be covered.

2 pm CST is what I've heard as far as carruthers bail hearing. There is also another hearing today in regards to the restraining order, I'm not sure about the time of that.

The Bureau of Prisons web site shows Carruthers is still holed up in Oklahoma awaiting Transfer, which is strange if he has a bail hearing today in Missouri..

Those are always delayed and never updated until the person arrives at the next destination, never before or during transport.
