Anyone know what happen to Millennium Sports book , I went to their web site and found this message on the front page. Is the US goverment going after the online sports books

Do a search on them and BOS for all the latest information.

They have closed up operations pending the David Carruthers court hearings.

The US govt arrested the BOS CEO in the USA and demanded
that BOS stop taking wagers from US residents. BOS, MILL
and other BOS books chose to shut down indefinitely.

Poster "Millenium Sportsbook" is logged in everyday on the Current Active Users. It would be nice if he would at least step forward and contribute to threads regarding the book where he works. I don't think that is asking too much. I have had an account with Millenium for many years although only funded during football season for specific types of plays. If they want my business or anyone else from these forums, suggest this poster step forward.

The owner of Millennium(Betonsports) was ordered by the courts to return all bettors funds immediately. They chose to ignore the order and keep the players funds.

Poster Millenium Sportsbook is probably very bored and hence logged in.

What the hell do you want him to say?

If he says - don't worry you'll get your money back, you know he is full of sh_t.

If he says, we are f__ked and trying to figure out our best options, he is telling the truth, but will piss off management and you don't want to hear that anyways.

Just assume BOS is done and go on with your life and your gambling as if it is done. If somehow someway you get something back from them, consider it a bonus. Your odds of seeing any money from these guys is very low and any in less than two years is almost zero.

(Didn't Enron fold in 01 or 02 and the appeal has not even happened yet...)

FYI:
Enron was liquidated within a few months of collapsing. They then went into bankruptcy and sold most of their assets to pay legal fines from Investors and shareholders..only the CFO is on appeal for his charges...

Yes - it is 5 years later and how many people were paid in full? None and that was a company in this country and regulated.

If the owners of BOS are not long out of CR with the cash, they aren't very bright or the most ethical people in the world.

I just hate seeing all the people here keep calling and asking where their money is. Forget about it. Move on. If some comes back, wonderful.

When I got screwed by Globalcasino and the asses in MO, I called every week and was told soon you'll be paid. It sucks to do that for 6 months.... I would just consider anything at BOS a loss and if you ever get anything from them, it is a bonus...

Maybe it's time to start thinking about books that may want to
step up and take care of the BOS stiffed customers.

And to be making efforts to obtain reliable client balances for
the same purpose.

If you were a book, would you touch the BOS mess with a 20 foot pole?

There is no better way than to get your ass in trouble than to bail out a book the US government is currently indicting.
