Ever negotiate with a sportsbook? Its not something most think about - but with football quickly approaching it might be an idea worth trying.

A sportsbook is like any other business in that they want customer loyalty. And if you are willing to give them business there is a good chance that they will have something in return for you - but only if you ask.

Bet at the exchanges? Before you deposit, why not ask for a reduced or no commission? Bet at other well known big books? Before you deposit, why not ask to have your fees waived on all deposits and withdrawals, including instacash?

You need to make sure and get the right person and be persistent - but I can tell you from personal experience that your book is more than willing to work with you - and that it could save thousands over the course of the football season.

I recommend you negotiate something very memorable.

Either get an upfront bonus, or some kind of bonus for action.

If you call a book and tell them you want a bonus if you do $500,000 in action, they'll immediately give you to the manager and he'll set you up and he'll remember you right down to the day he boots you.

If you ask for no fees on withdrawals, they will simply forget in my experience... You can try it by email to have proof.

The ONLY thing that i want to know from those sportsbooks is.......

vanzak how do you negotiate it, based on how much you will deposit or how much action? I would like to try this but not sure how to start. I tried with Heritage a couple of weeks ago to get the bonus as cash instead of freeplay and they said no way. Just wondering if you or others care to share your strategies

important note. If you negotiate a deal make sure you have it in an email just in case you need to refer them back to it. This has burned me in the past.

I do it. It works best with smaller books. Here's a reply I got today to a proposal.

Doug,

I'll offer you the 10% Bonus Play only right now. The reason being we are
coming out with a NFL promo soon. You can take the 10% Bonus Play now w/ a
5x rollover and the football promo soon to be released.
