My second losing day in a row last night, been a while since that happened. Hope this is not the start of a losing streak. I have had enough of those in the first half of the season. Missed all the day games today. I would have split anyway. I like atlanta and arizona. Lets look at tonights card.
cincinnati -110 vs dodgers (4 units).............I really like this one. I just don't see the dodgers going into cincy and winning this final game of the series. reds were pretty hot going into this series, but the dodgers have cooled them off. In addition to the law of averages being in the reds favor, I just don't think maddux in anywhere near the pitcher he used to be. Another big name pitcher getting too much respect from the linesmakers. I think the reds light him up tonight.
st louis -118 vs philadelphia (4 units).............How crazy is it that the philies were sellers instead of buyers during all those trades and they have fought to get back into the wild card race as they are only 3.5 back now. I am a huge phillies fan and I am not sure how they are doing it, but like the reds game above, the law of averages tells me there is a pretty good chance the cards win this one. cole hamels is either on or off it seems and somethings tells me the cards get to him in a big way tonight. The cards are way over due for a win. People are really getting on the cards for their play lately, but I will tell you what....I wish I had so many problems like them....in first place and all. Cards avoid the sweep tonight.
That is all that I like tonight...only two. I usually have two three unit plays, but since I am only playing these two, and I really love them both, I think I am going to make them both four unit plays. I really am expecting to go 2-0 tonight. Even though a split will only cost me less than one unit, I will be dissappointed.
