Do their football odds ever go over (-110) or are they all (-110 and Under).

Example:

Local has Philly -7 (-110)
Pinny has Philly -7 (-125)

Do their prices ever go above (-110)?

yes, especially with a 3. You can get several different spreads too.

It happens when a book doesn't want to move a line, so it instead moves the odds to create somewhat more balanced action.

If the line is 7, you can make 6, 6.5,7.5, 8, etc., at different prices.
