I pretty much have what I want for this interview, but I might take a few from here. Any historical questions for the coach feel free to ask.

I don't know how you could word it but, it seems that almost every team he's been head coach of he's made better and after he leaves the team goes on to bigger things...I'm not sure if that's his groundwork or what but when you look at his career that's been the case.

He was the champion at Miami in college and pro , he was on the '72 undefeated Dolphins coaching staff before moving on to Baltimore....

He worked under the Colts crazy GM Joe Thomas who eventually REPLACED Schnellenberger , the Colts organization was a complete joke in that era....Shortly after all that the Colts won 3 straight division titles.

Yup. Got most of that information in my questions. Should be fun to reflect since he has done a lot.

I'd ask him why he came back. Seems like he's accomplished quite a bit already. (You'll probably get some trite response to that question, I imagine)

I'd want to know the best team he's ever been apart of and why.

Maybe some questions along the lines of, "What is the first thing you do when you take over a poor team?" Get the right people? Instill culture? Establish performance standards? The answers to those types of questions could help all of us.
