on 7/27 i made a wager for 2800 on st louis -140 at wsex.

the screen said wager was rejected.

i said shit, and placed the wager at -142 at another shop.

at the end of the night i see that the original wager went thru and i had lost an additional 2800 on the cardinals.

i couldnt figure it out because i had sworn that the wager was rejected. i sent an email to customer service and they showed no rejected wagers and i must have been mistaken as the bet is either accepted or rejected.

i didnt have any proof and assumed with everything going on just before gametime i must have made a mistake and promised myself to be more careful.

fast forward to tonite:

i tried to make a wager on cleveland at +112 for 1700 2 minutes before the game started.

unfortunately the order was rejected and the screen shows "order was rejected" without any details of the game.

however upon further inspection the game went thru so now i know i didnt make a mistake back on the 27th and believe im entitled to something from that losing wager that was rejected.

i called the wagering department and the woman was polite but she told me what i was saying was impossible. i asked her if my wager history showed any rejections today and she said no however my screen says "your wager was rejected", without any more information

im not exactly sure what to do right now as the woman hung up on me. i assure you i wasnt being rude at all but i felt like she was talking to me like i was a scammer

i also find it strange that in 4 years of wagering offshore ive had 2 problems like this and the other was with matchbook, so i do believe there is something in their software when the lines are changing that causes the screen to say rejected, even tho the wager actually went thru.

right now cleveland has a 3-0 lead in the 3rd and hopefully they hang on because the 1900 hundred win will be unexpected and unearned. however if they go onto lose it will have cost me 4700 of wagers that were originally rejected but somehow went thru.

thanks guys

the screen only said "order was rejected" without any details of teams or time

i also fvcked things up trying to take a screen shot because i thought it was f5 and ended up at the home page.

right now im hoping cleveland hangs on for the 1900 win because that would mean my net affect of the glitch is only -900.

wsex and matchbook are my favorites so dont want any problems with them. i just want them to take a look at the scenario when the line is changing and when they realize the error they can throw me a bone. in this case it was +112 and moving +109 and the bet was clearly rejected.

im in the middle of live betting the yanks right now so kinda busy; thank you for your assistance

If you want to check your history yourself, log into your account, then click on "Reports", then click on the drop down menu under "Choose a report" and select "Straight Wager", then click on the drop down menu under "Select a report option" and select "Past 30 days", then click on "View Report". This will show you all the straight wagers you have placed in the past 30 days including any that were rejected.

thanks ted.

unfortunately there is no sign of any rejected wagers for the 2 bets in question.

i talked to a someone more educated in computer issues and he seemed to think the software isnt able to handle my internet speed. i never had problems with this kind of stuff last year with either wsex or matchbook but i had a 10 Mbps line put in in april and thats about 10times faster than a normal dsl line.

so his theory is im putting in the wager at exactly the same time as the line is changing and my computer is getting the original number however according to the wsex software i am not and sends out the rejection even tho i got it.

again i really dont know about all that stuff but at the end of the day tonite i have 1900 extra in my account that i should not have and now im aware of what is happening i can double check my wagers when i get the generic "your bet was rejected" line.

good luck this football season ted:103631605
