on 7/27 i made a wager for 2800 on st louis -140 at wsex.
the screen said wager was rejected.
i said shit, and placed the wager at -142 at another shop.
at the end of the night i see that the original wager went thru and i had lost an additional 2800 on the cardinals.
i couldnt figure it out because i had sworn that the wager was rejected. i sent an email to customer service and they showed no rejected wagers and i must have been mistaken as the bet is either accepted or rejected.
i didnt have any proof and assumed with everything going on just before gametime i must have made a mistake and promised myself to be more careful.
fast forward to tonite:
i tried to make a wager on cleveland at +112 for 1700 2 minutes before the game started.
unfortunately the order was rejected and the screen shows "order was rejected" without any details of the game.
however upon further inspection the game went thru so now i know i didnt make a mistake back on the 27th and believe im entitled to something from that losing wager that was rejected.
i called the wagering department and the woman was polite but she told me what i was saying was impossible. i asked her if my wager history showed any rejections today and she said no however my screen says "your wager was rejected", without any more information
im not exactly sure what to do right now as the woman hung up on me. i assure you i wasnt being rude at all but i felt like she was talking to me like i was a scammer
i also find it strange that in 4 years of wagering offshore ive had 2 problems like this and the other was with matchbook, so i do believe there is something in their software when the lines are changing that causes the screen to say rejected, even tho the wager actually went thru.
right now cleveland has a 3-0 lead in the 3rd and hopefully they hang on because the 1900 hundred win will be unexpected and unearned. however if they go onto lose it will have cost me 4700 of wagers that were originally rejected but somehow went thru.
