johnson & the yanks got lucky the inning the no-no ended. dye's dbl just missed being a hr by inches. after dye's ab, the sox had the bases loaded w/no outs and the next 2 guys popped up to the inf & they didn't score. yanks could've easily blown that gm if dye's dbl was a hr.
The amazing thing about that game for me was that i had the White Sox +1 1/2 and wrote if off pretty early on, when it was 7-0 i stopped watching, i come back to the game after getting laid and see it was 7-6, i about came again LOL
