BOS situation update for our posters

Hello Everybody,

Well now that BOS has clarified their position and intentions, we want to make sure we do everything we can to expedite the return our posters’ funds. To that end, I would like any poster that is owed money by BOS to send us their account info. We need account number, email address, name on the account, balance, deposits made and the date (approximately) the account was created.

Just to be clear, our first move is to attempt to help expedite the return of all posters’ funds from BOS. BOS has indicated that all players’ funds will be returned, and we have no reason to doubt that at this time.

If there comes a time in which it is clear that BOS will not be returning funds, we will address the deposit guarantee that was made by theRX. We are not ducking the guarantee in anyway; we just want to make sure we have all of the information we can before addressing it.

In an effort to move forward quickly, I would ask that posters send us the above information within the next 10 days. All information should be emailed to admin@therx.com.

I think the DOJ must have really had stuff on them for them not to reopen and to be giving back all this money.

just curious i asked earlier in this thread.........ill rerword it if you deposited 5k with bos and now have say 17k in your account the rx is good for the 5k or the 17k?

Jake – Great suggestion, I will post confirmations each day.

Doc – The guarantee was for accounts at BOS.

Steak – The guarantee was made for deposits up to 10k, so in your example it would be for 5k. Also, the guarantee was offered to regular posters only, so that is were our focus would be.

On more clarification on the guarantee – Posters must have registered on theRX prior to BOS indictment and Curruthers arrest (July 15) to be eligible.

Please tell me you are not serious thinking anyone should insure you for the value of your account....When you Total your car, does the insurance company give you cash for replacement of a new car.....NO..they give you the Bluebook value at teh time of the accident...If we can get our deposits back you should be happy..............G.

Rick- I have an account at Millennium. Does this situation your talking about include Millennium and other books that are owned by BOS or just BOS accounts at this time? Thanks.
