Yes.

Of course, I don't actuall have that much to go around, so...

But yes: I'd leave my bankroll in there if I didn't need it in a book somewhere.

Ordinarily, I would have no reservations and have done it. Given the current political climate, it becomes a bit riskier because of the possibility of legislation that would forbid Neteller to do business in the US if they continue to maintain offshore books as customers. However, should this legislation come to pass, you would have ample time to settle your accounts with Neteller. Simply suggest you stay alert to the activities of the Sanate for the rest of 2006.

Very hard decision for the higher amount players. I used to have five figures in a handful of books at one time and never worried but this BOS situation really has me a bit worried.

I feel very comfortable with my small amount I have in there but 5 figures I would not but I would never gamble that much ...I guess it all is relative to what is big risk for you ..I would not bet anything I was afraid to lose...that would be a starting point for you to gauge your fear factor IMO

My concern about neteller is not that they will shut down or that the DOJ can do anything to them...

My concern is too many people have my account number and secure ID.

Just think of how many websites you enter those two pieces of info into...

Thus, I keep minimal funds in neteller.

Use Neteller as a transfer agent; not as an instrument to store wealth. Take down some profit if your balances get far above what you need to play with. Pay taxes on profit taken down, so you don't expose yourself to felony tax fraud and evasion charges.

With all the fees they charge Neteller probably has more money than Fort Knox................I remember when Neteller first started one of the owners came down to Costa Rica to open an office location here for the sportsbooks with just an idea and now he has a private plane he flies back and forth from his HUGE property in Manuel Antonio to San Jose.

PayPal leaving the business should did a lot to help this outfit out. I would have no fears with my money being there.
