I was always a fan of Western Union, however Pinny isn't accepting anymore.

What are the other routes people suggest for: 1) ease 2) fees and 3) traceability (or lack thereof)?

I would take a look at Instadebit. The money is transfered instantly from a bank account. The last time I checked, there were no fees to do this.

If you don't have a bank account or don't want the money to show, go to the WU office and pick up either a gift card or the Visa permanent reloadable debit card. Will save you lots of money over WU fees. Reloadable card goes for $9.95 and can be loaded up to $2500 at a time.

Warning!!! If any of you use a credit card to deposit there, your bank can charge a $10 cash advance fee. That's what happened to me with Washington Mutual.

Not a permanent thing..

Western Union transactions are not currently available due to connectivity problems.
Please try your Western Union transaction later

Instadebit is free & extra nice at Pinny because there is NO waiting period for withdrawals.

All other books I know that accept Instadebit require a 7 day or so waiting period before ANY withdrawal can be made.
