It seems like a few people got their money back from Neteller. What has been your experience? I still say that someone planted what one guy called a "keystroker" in your PC, since your bank account was also affected. But one guy said he ran a virus scan that came up with nothing. Who knows, but good luck to you!

A virus scan won't detect a key logger. You need spy software for that.

I'm not even sure that all software that claims to be "spy" software will detect a key logger. Most look for trojan horses and whatnot. Since no one else accesses my PC I don't worry about it, but I'd imagine there's some specific keylogger detection software out there

Guys, take actions before it's too late, don't let this happen to you, at least make it hard for other people to steal your information online.

Here's the basic rules for everyone that has internet connection:

1. You need a good firewall, firewall is more important than anything, Zonealarm is consider one of the best.

2. Spyware, any reputable spyware software will do it.

3. Make your password hard for other to guess, or for any program to crack it.

4. Antivirus software--personally, if you don't visit porn sites, or download stupid stuff, you're fine without it, I don't have one.

Will a firewall prevent this?

IS

A "good" firewall definitly helps a lot, but if you want to be more secure, you need a bit more than just a firewall, but if someone has the big intention to hack your computer, I don't think there's much you can do about it, I mean even government date, or big company data gets hack too, so there's not much you can do to prevent it, but having a good firewall definitly helps.

If you or anyone of you need helps on which security software, or even just general computer software to have, let me know.
