BETonSPORTS Board of Directors failed to comment on the extension of the temporary restraining order granted by U.S. District Court in St. Louis, Judge Carol Jackson Monday. Bettors are becoming more and more concerned on the fate of their money with BoS.

Meanwhile Asia facing Easybets.com continues to operate. Theonlinewire.com spoke to an Easybets.com supervisor on duty Tuesday. The lady confirmed its business as usual with the sole exception of having discontinued to cater U.S. customers business.
In it's last official statement BoS Board of Directors hinted that customers refunds are not at hand and it may take awhile before monies can be returned. Players have some options to expedite the process.
If players deposited with Betonsports via credit cards within the last 6 months they can chargeback those transactions. We advise to contact the cc issuing bank or company for guidance on how to request chargebacks. If players deposited with Betonsports via e-check they may wish to contact their bank and request information on the possibility and timeframe within which they may cancel the transaction and have funds returned to their accounts.
Players who deposited via bank wire, bank or personal check, western union may consider hiring the services of a U.K. based collection agency. They will need to provide evidence of their membership (sportsbook account number) and proof of deposit. TheOnlineWire.com spoke to Credit Collections (UK) Ltd.

Please remember that bettors may claim their deposits ONLY. Winnings, bonuses, pending bets may not be claimed. Gambling debts are not enforceable in the U.K..
Mr. Peter Stubbs told TheOnlineWire.com that their company charges a GBP 20.00 handling fee plus charges 15% on any collected amount. Fees for U.K. residents are GBP 20.00 (handling) plus 9% on any collected amount. Players who wish to request this company's service may do so by emailing Mr. Peter Stubbs (peter@creditcollections.co.uk) or call him at the following number: +44 (0) 1246 411931 (If calling from the U.S. dial 01144-1246-411931. Credit Collections (UK) Ltd is regulated by the Credit Services Association (CSA) and licensed under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and by The Office of Fair Trading.
Players who deposited via Neteller or Moneybookers should wait on TOW's next update. Theonlinewire.com contacted both payment processors Tuesday and we are waiting to receive an official statement from both e-wallet solutions.

TheOnlineWire.com operates a BETonSPORTS Hotline for the sportsbook customers wishing to obtain additional information, advices, or file claims that might be used for possible bailout relief plans. Click here to access the BoS Hotline.

Not looking good. There is a lot of talk about being owed deposits back.Last deposit, intial deposit, all deposits back from last 6 months, whatever deposits funded your current balance?...its all pretty grey to me.Do any payouts you receive count against the deposit amount?
Lots of people fund their accounts whenever they get low so I dont know how the "curent balance" can be pinned to just one deposit when the balance is always rolling and may never hit zero(when it gets low you fund it).Its not like you can log onto their website and get the financial information.
I feel like if I had say $5000 in my account than I am due back as may deposits as I can come up with proof of, if its less than $5000.Not sure if that how its supposed to be or not.

This is all a moot point. but.........

What about the money lost? If you cant claim the winnings, then the losses should be void also.

For exmaple:

Deposit $1000
Winning + Losings = ($600)
Balance..........................................$400

If you get your deposit back it should be for $1k in this instance, correct?
