I have said something similar in the past. Call it "The Hall of Fame" section.
If anything this could be a place for newbies to read some sharp informative threads where some good discussions were taking place. If you want to go the route of funny threads or something like that than that would be fine too. Just categorize them. Almost like free advertising for the RX for people who haven't been here before to start on those threads and read those threads to sort of lure them into the site.
