Pittsburgh is pretty decent at home 32-29 , while Milwaukee is an awful road team 22-39....

The pitchers line up nicely on this one too as Capuano has lost six straight and has struggled vs Pitt....while Duke has been pretty good vs Milwaukee.

Duke and the Pirates -108 540/500

Hoping for a late summer baseball run, to get football started on a positive note.

Also Duke and the Pirates have won 7 straight games he's started at home.

While Capuano has lost 6 straight starts.

Home/road situation sets up nicely here.

Pittsburgh is 7-31 (-23.9 units) on the season vs lefties.

Stats are funny. It is all about which ones you value with your handicapping as there are almost always stats that will make an argument for either team.

I choose this as my first post.

Pitt is 12-30 in day games, while Milw is 22-21. Take it for what it's worth.

How about this interesting angle for betting against Pitt. They're 46-74 on the year!!!!:puppy:

With that in mind, I'm still taking Pitt.
